Payment Policy

  • We Accept: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards.
  • Your card will be charged when you place your order.
  • If we are not able to fulfill your order for any  reason your card will be promptly refunded.
  • Credit and debit cards are encrypted and run through Square®. (Be Sparklicious never actually sees your card number.)

Returns and Exchanges

  • You may request to return/exchange most merchandise* for store credit within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
  • The merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging to be accepted for return/exchange.
  • Return/exchange requests after 30 days of receipt will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • If your exchange item has no replacement, you may decide to keep your item or return it for store credit.
  • You will be charged again for shipping unless the exchange was due to our error.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return once we receive your package.

 *NOTE: Personal beauty items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Everyone has different body chemistry and most people will never have any problems with our body products. There is the possibility, as with any body product, that a person may have a dermal (skin) reaction, with most people that chance is very slim, but we realize it exists. If you have in the past had a reaction to a lotion, soap, perfume or other body product, please be sure to read the ingredients that are clearly listed in the product description before ordering.


Manufacturer Defects

  • Unless the return/exchange is due to a manufacturer defect, merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be  accepted for return/exchange.
  • Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping Damage

  • If a product arrives damaged, report the damage in writing within 3 business days of receipt.
  • Reports should be e-mailed to info@BeSparklicious.com.
  • Hold all product and packaging materials in case the carrier would like to inspect them. 

How to Return/Exchange Merchandise

  1. E-mail info@BeSparklicious.com to request a Return/Exchange form.
  2. Complete the form and print it out.
  3. Place the completed form in your returning package.
  4. Return the merchandise to: Be Sparklicious 17 N. Rim Road Ransom Canyon, TX 79366

Refunds

  • Cash refunds are not given under any circumstances.
  • You will be given store credit for any return, minus shipping charges.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Policy

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail from Info@BeSparklicious.com so be sure to add us to your approved recipient list.
  • All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail with your USPS tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location.
  • Before the final checkout-page you will be shown the shipping charge and will have a chance to cancel your order at that time.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. 


Information Collected

We only collect information needed to process your order. This includes your:

  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Email Address 
  • Credit Card Information

In addition, we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing. 


How Information is Used

We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. Your postal address is not saved. Your e-mail address is added to our mailing list, but you may unsubscribe at any time.


Security and Storage

Only your e-mail address is saved to our mailing list. Neither your address nor your credit card information is saved.
